Fundraising & Community Events
Stray Haven, luckily, is able to be present, productive, and effective only through the generous donations of our community members! We are fortunate that as we work to build educational programming, care for our adoptable pets, and provide low-cost spay/neuter programs many supporters contribute to our cause. Our supporters devote time, energy, money, and resources in an effort to allow us to be efficient and effective. If you would like to be a part of our success, consider the following:
- Donations (tax deductible gifts or supplies)
- Participation in Events (see upcoming events below and join in on the fun!)
- Join our Parade Crew and promote Stray Haven locally!
- Organize your own Fundraiser or Project (please contact us so we can help promote your events!)
UPCOMING 2020 EVENTS
Please consider joining in on the fun and helping us raise money for medical expenses. Many of our animals require spay/neuter, preventative flea treatment, vaccinations, medicated shampoo, and vet appointments long before being adopted. When you participate in our programs you are helping to keep our animals hygienic and healthy. #RaisingMoneyForHealthyPets

Many of our events are useful, organized, and a great way to feel that sense of community that makes us all enjoy living in our tiny rural area, but not all of our events have PIZZA! This is one of our favorite annual events; pizza, bowling, good people, and a great cause! Join us March 29th from 1:30-3:30pm at the Owego Bowling Alley for an exciting time!
